- Does it cost anything beyond the subscription price?
No, it doesn't have to be. However, we recommend that you send an SMS to your members occasionally, as SMS is a very effective channel for getting a response. We find that communicating via email and SMS in combination gives the best results.

How does SMS verification work for new members?
We use SMS to verify that new members have correct data. The cost is included — you only pay for verified, GDPR-compliant members.What is included in Diller support?
